TIME TO TALK 2021

Time to Talk Day is all about starting conversations about mental health and helping to end stigma.

Todays the day when the nation gets talking about mental health, whether with someone you live with, or part of your social bubble or over the telephone or online.  The more conversations we can have the more we can support each other in reducing feelings of isolation, increasing self-esteem and our self-worth.  Our attitude to mental heath has the power to change someone’s life.
