WEDNESDAY DROP-IN (Online and face 2 face at the Cambria, Marine Terrace, Aberystwyth)
Meeting between 2.00 and 4.00pm this group is open to all. It is a safe and open environment, where individuals can connect with others, build friendships, gain access to signposting and support, and receive advice on engagement with mental health services. Limited number of one to one appointments are available for pre booking by telephoning 01970 626225, writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or messaging the Facebook page.

WELLBEING SUPPORT (Telephone)
We offer one to one support for individuals who feel they need someone to talk to. Our Wellbeing Support offers individuals 12 sessions and specifically focuses on helping people to tackle feelings of isolation, manage their mental health, and improve their general wellbeing. This service is delivered via telephone and video chat. An initial face to face meeting is available to meet your Support Worker.
Wellbeing Support may also involve signposting people to specialist services, as well as supporting them to engage with their local community and/or access opportunities for learning and development.
Referrals are accepted from professionals and individuals.
TIY TRAUMA INFORMED YOGA (Online)

Our yoga sessions take place 12 noon every Thursday and last for one hour. You will need to be able to join through Zoom. Support is available to access Zoom upon request. You are free to join with or without a camera. Referrals are accepted from individuals.
CRAFT CLUB (Online and Face 2 Face at the Cambria, Marine Terrace,Aberystwyth)
Craft Club is a gender specific group, for women to learn, develop, and share their crafting skills, make friends, and access peer support. We welcome those who are experts, beginners, or those who just want to have a cuppa and a chat. Activities include knitting, sewing, felting, cross stitch etc. Watch this space for details of the next course taking place January 2022.
This course takes place on Wednesdays between 10.00am and 12.00pm. Open to self and professional referrals.
ART GROUP (Face 2 Face at the Cambria, Marine Terrace,Aberystwyth)
The Art Group welcomes individuals of all abilities to create and work in a peaceful and friendly environment.
It meets on Tuesdays 10.00am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm. Open to self and professional referrals.
CREATIVE HUB (Face 2 Face at the Cambria, Marine Terrace,Aberystwyth)
Creative Hub is an arts based group co-presented by Adult Learning Wales. Courses generally run for 8 weeks and build credits which can be used to attain Agored Cymru qualifications. Courses include painting, figure drawing, textiles, mark-making, and mixed media.
Creative Hub meets on Thursdays, 10am to 12.30pm and 1.30 to 4.00pm, open to self or professional referral.
THE WALKING GROUP (Face 2 face)
Come along and join our socially distanced walking groups around Aberystwyth every Thursday. There is the Gentle Walking Group 10 to 11am and the Walking Group taking place 12 noon – 3pm. Both groups are open to all and a great place to meet new friends and get some fresh air.
The Gentle Walking Group takes place along the Aberystwyth seafront and supports those unable to engage in other activities that they find are too stenuous. There are lots of spots for taking a break and walkers are able to do as much as they can. The Walking Group takes place around Aberystwyth and offers mild to moderate exercise.
