Mind Aberystwyth is pleased to announce that its Tenancy Support Service for North Ceredigion and its Wellbeing Support Service are open for professional and self referrals. We also have spaces available for our virtual Trauma Sensitive Yoga on Thursdays.

Our Wellbeing Support Service is currently delivered by telephone, text, video call and e-mail. Following lifting of coronavirus restrictions it may be available face to face. Wellbeing Support is short term and specifically focuses on helping people to tackle feelings of isolation, manage their mental health, and improve their general wellbeing.
Wellbeing support may also involve signposting people to specialist services, as well as supporting them to engage with their local community, and/or access opportunities for learning and development.
