The team from Mind Aberystwyth is holding a Side by Side Cymru peer support networking event in Lampeter on Thursday the 21st of March.
If you are part of an organisation or community group in Ceredigion or Pembrokeshire that offers peer support, or are thinking about starting a group, Side by Side Cymru may be able to help. We offer networking events, free shared learning workshops and the opportunity to apply for up to £250 in grant funding.
The networking event will take place on Thursday 21st of March from 6.30 to 8.30pm in the Victoria Hall, Bryn Road, Lampeter, SA48 7EE.
Featured will be a presentation on what Side by Side Cymru is all about, a question and answer session on what peer support is and how to set up a group and how to maintain it. There will also be the chance to promote existing groups, to find out more about becoming a member of the peer support network and how to apply for funding.
