Many thanks to the members of the West Wales Peer Support Network who completed and returned their consultation booking form. The Zoom calls take place this Friday and Saturday with individual phone calls from Wednesday through to Friday next week. We look forward to having a chat about the wants and needs of our community group members and their feedback on the future of our Peer Support Network.
There was exciting news for the Ceredigion members of our Network with the launch of Mind Aberystwyth’s Mental Health Awareness training sessions for unpaid community group leaders and voluntary groups. The aim of the course is to help individuals and groups develop a better understanding of what mental health is, the signs and symptoms of common mental health issues and how to improve self-care, especially in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. Further details of the training sessions will soon be available on the Training section of this website.
If you are a member of the Network and have yet to receive your consultation invitation please contact us on 07958788172 or email@example.com.
