Returning to Face 2 Face Groups – An Update

We are delighted to announce that we plan to gradually reintroduce face-to-face groups:  Art Groups, Clwb Crefft, Drop-In and Walking Group.   We will be advertising these over the coming weeks, with face-to-face sessions due to resume in June. We recognise that for many individuals, the offer of face-to-face groups may not currently feel like a possibility; therefore we will be delivering a ‘blended’ approach that will enable us to offer groups both face-to-face and virtually.

Places will be limited and we are expecting high demand.  Therefore, in the first instance we will be offering face-to-face spaces in up to 2 groups per person.

The groups will run in short courses (for example a 6-week course).  This is to ensure we can offer face-to-face support to as many people as possible and to allow us to easily make changes as Welsh Government regulations are lifted. 

Please send a list of the groups you are interested in order of preference. You may choose as many as you wish. We will endeavour to offer you your top preference/s subject to demand.

  5. DROP-IN

To return to face-to-face groups, we do need to reduce the level of one-to-one support that we have been offering during the past year.   We will be ending the weekly remote contact for individuals who register to attend group sessions.

We understand that this support has been important to many individuals and we will continue to offer a ‘Check-in’ service for individuals who feel they may need support to transition from a remote service to face to face.

In addition, we offer one to one telephone ‘Wellbeing Support’ for anyone who feels they are in need of weekly support.  This is a 12-week service and more information can be found on our website or by calling us on 01970 626 225.  

We understand that changes can be difficult, but they are necessary in order for us to move forward in these challenging times. We thank you for your continued efforts to adapt alongside us and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Rydym yn falch iawn i gyhoeddi ein bod yn bwriadu ailgyflwyno grwpiau gwyneb i wyneb yn raddol: Grwpiau Celf, Clwb Crefft, “Drop-In” a’r Grŵp Cerdded. Byddwn yn hysbysebu’r grwpiau dros yr wythnosau nesaf, a bydd sesiynau gwyneb i wyneb yn ailddechrau ym mis Mehefin. Rydym yn cydnabod efallai na fydd cynnig grwpiau gwyneb i wyneb yn teimlo fel posibilrwydd i lawer o unigolion ar hyn o bryd, felly byddwn yn cyflwyno dull ‘cyfunol’ a fydd yn ein galluogi i gynnig grwpiau gwyneb i wyneb ac ar-lein.  

Bydd lleoedd yn gyfyngedig ac rydym yn disgwyl galw mawr. Felly, yn y lle cyntaf, bydd unigolion yn cael y cynnig i fynychu hyd at 2 grŵp.

Bydd y grwpiau’n rhedeg mewn cyrsiau byr (er enghraifft cwrs 6 wythnos). Mae hyn er mwyn sicrhau y gallwn gynnig cefnogaeth gwyneb i wyneb i gymaint o bobl â phosib a chaniatáu i ni wneud newidiadau yn hawdd wrth i reoliadau Llywodraeth Cymru newid.

Anfonwch restr o’r grwpiau mae gennych ddiddordeb ynddynt yn nhrefn eich dewis. Gallwch ddewis gymaint ag y dymunwch. Byddwn yn ymdrechu i gynnig eich prif ddewisiadau yn ôl y galw.

Er mwyn dychwelyd i grwpiau gwyneb i wyneb, mae angen i ni leihau lefel y cefnogaeth yr ydym wedi bod yn cynnig dros y flwyddyn diwethaf. Byddwn yn dod â’r cyswllt ffôn wythnosol i ben ar gyfer unigolion sy’n cofrestru i fynychu sesiynau grŵp.
