Movement for Wellbeing is an online six week course commencing Monday 12th of April.
Join in with our guided movements to release stress and tension, connect with your body, and learn new ways to support and nourish yourself.
Dance artist and movement therapist Matilda says “In these sessions I will guide you through simple dance/movement that you can do from the comfort of your home. We will use other art forms including writing and drawing to reflect movement and will spend time sharing our experiences at the end of each session.”
You are free to join in with or without a camera or microphone and sessions can be delivered bi-lingually. Sessions will be every Monday for 6 weeks at 11.00am, until 12.15pm, and you will be able to join through Zoom. Support is available to access Zoom.
