Role Summary:

Our Community Wellbeing service focuses on empowering people living in Ceredigion who are experiencing Mental Health distress to live independently and enable social participation. Support Workers will deliver the service across Ceredigion from our centre in Aberystwyth. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff providing a high-quality service that enables people to overcome barriers and reconnect with their communities.
