This service is delivered via telephone and video chat. An initial face to face meeting is available at the start of your support so you can meet your Support Worker.

Wellbeing Support may also involve signposting people to specialist services, as well as supporting them to engage with their local community and/or access opportunities for learning and development.

Referrals are accepted from professionals and individuals.
