If you are having thoughts of suicide, or are worried about someone else, please find someone to talk to.  This could be a friend or family member, your doctor – the most important thing is to find somebody to talk to.  If you don’t feel that you can tell someone you know, you can use one of the help lines below, but please try to find help straight away.
