We offer two branches of support at Mind Aberystwyth.
Activities and Wellbeing:
We have a number of group activities running throughout the week. Some of the groups are accessible by referral, and some are drop in style – so anyone can come! Our groups take place in the Community Room. If you don’t know where that is – you can ring the Mind bell at reception.
Please be aware that there is a waiting list for some groups. If you would like to refer yourself, please call 01970626225, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or come to the Drop-in on Wednesday from 1:30 – 4:00 to discuss what would be best for you!
